Still happening, but 2 hours earlier! Meets at 12 noon! Plan for the ride and stops to add up to 3 1/2 ish hours. We'll be touring four little backyard oases in North and Northeast Portland (staying north of Fremont) with a few nifty corners and parks along the way. This is for all gardeners, wanna-be gardeners, black thumbs, green thumbs, and jealous apartment/condo dwellers. All ages and abilities are welcome as long as they can ride 10 miles. The route will mostly be on greenways and side-streets without much elevation gain or loss. Please come prepared with whatever you need to be comfortable for a few hours--snacks, water, sunscreen, hat, etc. There will be some snacks and drinks at the stops, but it will be HOT, so I recommend bringing an insulated thermos with cold/icy water. Easy access to the Trimet Max yellow line at the start (Overlook station) and finish (Rosa Parks station).
